Autumn is pumpkin season – how about some pumpkin hot chocolate?

Autumn is not only the time of colourful leaves and impressive distant views but also the time of the pumpkin. It is both delicious and healthy, containing important vitamins and nutrients. If you’re looking for something more unusual than pumpkin soup, we have just the recipe for you: enjoy our white hot chocolate with pumpkin.

 

Ingredients for two servings:
100g pumpkin puree
500ml milk
100g white chocolate
Nutmeg to taste
Cardamom to taste
Brown sugar to taste
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce

 

Blend pumpkin puree, milk, nutmeg, and cardamom to a creamy consistency. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, heat, and melt the white chocolate into it, stirring constantly. Adjust sweetness with brown sugar and pour into a mug. Finally, garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce – now that’s what autumn tastes like! We look forward to seeing you soon at the Neue Post!
